Plumbing¶
Replace poly-B in bathrooms + kitchen with PEX. Gas tankless water heater replacing electric tank. Open crawlspace makes re-routes tractable.

- Confirm extent of poly-B in non-bath/kitchen runs — whole-house re-pipe?
- Fixture specs (toilets, sinks, faucets, showerheads) per bathroom
- Pot filler at kitchen range?

About poly-B
Polybutylene (poly-B) was widely used in BC in the 1980s–90s. Prone to chlorine-driven degradation and unexpected failures. Insurance/resale liability. PEX replacement is standard.
