Furniture, decor, and design intent. Separate from the builder's scope — the rooms and whole-house pages describe the build; this page is what fills it once the work is done.
Vision¶
Modern rustic — earthy & calm. Cedar walls preserved. Palette: clay, stone, warm browns, beige-whites, deep ink tones. Materials: warm wood, textured furs, soft linens, smooth stone, with concrete and clean metal accents.

Rec room
The freed area where the in-floor hot tub used to be is the main interior question — extra seating, game zone, secondary lounge? Furnishings TBD once the room program is decided.
Living room
