Painting¶
Paint all upstairs rooms — walls, ceilings, trim. Main floor likely too (baseboard removal mandates patching). Cedar walls preserved.
Locked¶
- Upstairs scope: all 4 bedrooms, both baths, hallway/stairwell — walls + ceilings + trim
- Doors painted as part of Interior doors replacement
- Cedar-paneled walls remain wood (not painted)
Open / to price¶
- Paint main floor too (likely required given baseboard removal everywhere)?
- Specific paint colors — pull from design proposal mood board (image-only — needs PDF)
- Trim color (matching wall, contrast, or accent)
- Cedar walls — clean / refresh / refinish (separate craft) or as-is?
- Number of rooms / sqft for upstairs scope (bound the cost)
